I consistently have wonderful experiences with Cosway Supply as their customer service is fantastic their chemical prices are excellent and their delivery is prompt. Encap Hero is a highly effective product for cleaning VLM carpets and synthetic upholstery. As a resident of Vancouver BC this is my preferred store even the store is in Ontario.
We switched to Encap Hero about 8 months ago for our commercial carpet cleaning and haven't looked back. Its dilution ratio of 1-2oz/Gal is amazing, and the fact that it's a powder makes it very handy in colder climates because you can leave the jug in the van on the coldest night.
